Our residence is located in south west of Tuscany in the Maremma region.
We are about 90 minutes south of Florence by train or car and 90 minutes north of Rome.
The guesthouse is located amidst the vineyards, olive groves and rolling pastures of our un-spoilt countryside; a place which feels refreshingly removed from the tour buses and crowded hustle of our Tuscan neighbors to the north.
Yes, we are off the beaten path, but we are just outside the well preserved medieval city of Massa Marittima.
We are also lucky that Maremma is a coastal area, and a day at the beach is easily accessed from our residence.
Of course, without even leaving our property you will have the opportunity to enjoy our natural surroundings while walking, horseback riding or relaxing by the pool.
