Rent includes final cleaning, bills for gas, electricity, water, bed linen, initial cleaning, use of kitchen equipment and VAT

Heating costs are not included and, in the event that the heating is used, costs will be re-charged

In case of a cancelled booking, the deposit will only be refunded in the event that the apartment is subsequently booked for the period of the original booking

It is necessary to specify the exact number of guests, children and the children's ages at the time of booking

The apartments will be available for our guests from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be released at 10:00am on the day of departure. It's possible to have departure at a different time but it can be agreed in advance

Animals are not allowed inside the apartments but are allowed within the park, following guidelines in place

Additional beds, depending on bookings, are available at a rate of € 12,00 for day or € 80,00 for week;

Baby cots are available at an additional cost of € 5,00 for day, and 30,00 euro a week

Deposit of euro 150,00 (Cash) Is requested at your arrive here and will be returned you at the departure:  The apartments are fully-equipped for your comfort and must be left in the condition in which you found them; (it's not allowed remove the objects from the apartments and at departure there is a check to verify it) The deposit will be withheld for any damage to the apartments, the pool, the restaurant and the park

Our restaurant is  open for our guests and it is possible to book breakfast everyday (Breakfast is ordered if there are at least 10 requests)and the dinner (3 time a week or more times if there are requests)

It's possible there are events organized in the restaurant (party, marriages), that will be, however, interrupted at least at half past midnight to preserve our guests relax.

The cost for the breakfast is Euro 7,00 a day and 5,00 a day for the children from 5 to 10 years (The consummation at bar are extra)

The cost of the dinners depends on the Menu ( from Euro 23,00 for the adults and from Euro 15,00 for the children from 5 to 10 years, excluded drinks).

We take care of our Park in every detail: it's composed by Mediterran plants, each one is recognizable by small signes (that we ask you not to touch). We also pray not to play ball in the garden, don't touch the plants and not tread the flowerbed

The Swimming Pool (16m x 8m x 1,50h) is open since May to October (9.00 AM to 7.00 PM). We will tell you every variation for forcast or others sakes. We pray the parents to look after your children: lifeguard is not present.

We pray guests to park cars in the suitable parking and also we ask our guests to drive slowly along the road that leads to us, because of there are families with pets and children living along the street.
